Pinta 0.4 has been released with Docking and Translation (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X)

Pinta is a drawing/editing program modeled after Paint.NET. It's goal is to provide a simplified alternative to GIMP for casual users.

New Improvements of Pinta 0.4

• Docking : Now you can show, hide, resize and undock various elements in Pinta.
• Translation : Pinta is now fully translatable, and ships with at least partial support for 18 languages.
