Blogger by default, automatically adds the "nofollow" extension to all links from user generated content. Nofollow tags in Blogs means no Search Engine Optimization for Your comments. But spammers will try to spam your sites as possible by putting links to their sites in comment sections on blogs. It's up to you "nofollow" or "dofollow" your blog.
How to Make Blogger Comments Section DoFollow :
01. Go to Layout -> Edit HTML and click on Expand Widget Templates
02. Now look for this code in your template

03. Now delete this piece of code
